The Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center invites visual artists and graphic designers to participate in the 29th Annual Tejano Conjunto Festival en San Antonio 2010 Poster Contest.
The TCF Poster Contest is starting early this year to give more lead time for the creation and printing of the poster, and the promotion of the Tejano Conjunto Festival taking place May 11-15, 2010 at the Guadalupe Theatre and Rosedale Park.
Talented visual artists and graphic designers in junior high, high school, college and the open categories are being asked to begin creating their posters for the 2010 TCF Poster Contest. The overall winner will receive a $1,000 cash prize and the winning design will be the official poster for the Tejano Conjunto Festival.
Deadline for the submission of artwork is 5 p.m. Feb. 19, 2010, at the Guadalupe Cultural Arts Center, 1300 Guadalupe St., San Antonio, Texas 78207.
